By accessing or using yourleo.ai ("the Service"), you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service. These Terms apply to all users, including individuals and organizations.
yourleo.ai provides an AI-powered personal assistant ("Leo") that connects to your tools, answers questions, and executes tasks on your behalf. The Service includes a web dashboard, integrations with third-party platforms, voice and messaging capabilities, and document generation.
You must provide accurate, current information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized access. You may not create accounts on behalf of others without authorization.
You agree not to: (a) use the Service for illegal purposes; (b) transmit malware, spam, or harmful content; (c) attempt to reverse-engineer the Service; (d) use the Service to harass, abuse, or harm others; (e) share your account credentials; (f) attempt to circumvent rate limits or access controls; (g) use the Service to build a competing product without our written consent.
The Service integrates with third-party platforms (Google, Microsoft, Slack, etc.) via OAuth. You authorize Leo to access those services on your behalf when you connect an integration. Your use of third-party services is governed by their respective terms. We are not responsible for third-party service availability or data practices.
Leo generates responses using large language models. AI output may be inaccurate, incomplete, or inappropriate. You are responsible for reviewing and validating AI-generated content before acting on it. We do not guarantee the accuracy of Leo's responses. AI output is not legal, financial, or medical advice.
Paid plans are billed monthly or annually. Prices are listed on our pricing page. We may change prices with 30 days notice. You may cancel at any time; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. No refunds for partial periods unless required by law. Stripe processes all payments — Stripe's terms apply.
yourleo.ai owns all rights to the Service, including software, logos, and documentation. You retain ownership of content you upload or create through the Service. You grant us a limited license to process your content to provide the Service. You may not reproduce or redistribute the Service without permission.
Our Privacy Policy governs data collection and use. By using the Service, you consent to data practices described in the Privacy Policy.
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR MEET YOUR REQUIREMENTS. YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE IS AT YOUR SOLE RISK.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR LOSS OF PROFITS OR REVENUE, HOWEVER CAUSED. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US IN THE 12 MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.
We may suspend or terminate your account for violation of these Terms, non-payment, or for any reason with 7 days notice. You may delete your account at any time. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, USA. Disputes shall be resolved in courts located in Houston, Texas. If you are located in the EU/UK, mandatory local consumer rights laws apply.
We may update these Terms. We will notify you of material changes via email or in-app notice. Continued use after notification constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
